• Friday, April 13, 2007 - Zip line

The Castle is coming along and we now have the zipline up.  My husband rigged up a pulley thingy and they flew away.   Of course after the first ride or two, just hanging wasn't enough.  They started doing tricks, pulling thier legs up so they were upside down, jumping off backwards.

They ALL want mom to do it.  But every time I get up there I am afraid!!  I am not usually so wimpy but for some reason I am for this.    I can't make myself jump.

 It sure looks like fun.

If my 10 yr old can do it..... surely I  can.... right?

OK ladies convince me that it would be a good thing to do.   My boys would think I was sooo cool.  And my husband would get a really great looking grin on his face and be so proud of me.

I saw your blogging name on a friend's list and loved it. I could be momn4girls. :) My husband is one of 4 boys; we've done the opposite. Your zip line sounds like the perfect thing for your family. You go, girl!

We have a zip line too, and I can't do it. I can't even watch my youngest children do it, though watching those big boys is funny-the tricks! My guys like paintball, too.
You have many posts I want to check out again-articles to click and all- so I am adding you to Friends so I can find you again.

I love zip lines. They are more fun than anything. Try it! You won't be sorry. View it as getting out of your comfort zone and trusting God in one more area of your life. You will be glad you did. Let me know how it goes.

The thoughts and reflections of a mom who loves being at home, and is doing all she has ever desired in her life..... Really... I love my life that much!

"And all thy sons shall be taught of the Lord, and great shall be the peace of thy sons.
In righteousness shall thou be established."
Is 54:13-14
