I am trying very hard to be more organized and have more energy. I know that none of this will come until my relationship is right with God. This week I have written down a goals list for myself. When I do my prayer time each morning I am going to pray over it and make sure that it is what God wants me to do. I will add anything that God may lead me to add and take away anything that he may lead me to take away. I will also pray that the Lord would enable me with whatever it may take to accomplish everything that he has lead me to do. Please be in prayer for me as I go thru this week.
Spiritual Goals
- prayer and bible study each morning before my husband gets home from work and my children wake.
- daily prayer and bible study with hubby.
- daily prayer and bible study with girls.
- daily family prayer and bible study.
- quiet time in afternoon.
Personal Goals
- be soft spoken with hubby and girls.
- spend more one on one time with girls.
- have a more joyful attitude. Be content and happy with what God has given me. Find peace and happiness in it.
- Show my daughters what it is to be a woman, wife, and mother after God's own heart.
- Dress pretty and nice for my day. The nicer you dress, the better you feel.
-15 minutes of exercise daily.
Household Goals
- Get all old clothes bagged up and sent to goodwill.
- Finish straightening our bedroom. Vacum.
- wash everyone's bedding and all spare bedding.
- tidy up laundry area and vacum
- help girls straighten their rooms and vacum.
- have 8 year old daughter do laundry while I supervise.
- sweep, mop, and deep clean kitchen.
- empty out bottom of pantry, clean, and reorganize.
- move living room furniture, pick up whatever 2 year old has stuffed underneath, and vacum.
- take everything off of entertainment center, dust, and put back.
- sweep, mop, and deep clean bathrooms.
Homeschooling Goals
3rd Grader
- continue working on cursive writing.
- roman numerals in math.
- continue with sentence structure. We are getting ready to write paragraphs and papers.
- finish reading about the underground railroad.
- finish up on the first 20 states.
- science- review Mercury and then move on to Venus and Earth.
- astronomy words for spelling.
- homemaking- laundry and cooking skills.
- read history stories out loud.
- spend extra time focusing on what ever she may struggle with.
2 year old
- shapes- square and circle
- numbers 1-5
- colors- black and white
- lots of out loud reading.
- lots of scripture reading.
- drawing and coloring.
