Nov. 17, 2009 - House update

We had the inspection yesterday. All went well with the exception of the leak in the wall in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Hopefully the seller will have it fixed and if so, we will happily take the house. :) Here are two pics - one of the outside and one of the kitchen.

I arranged these photos and added two songs to make a video. lol Not the best, but you can get a good idea of how beautiful the wedding was. Sorry for the poor quality. The pictures are much nicer in person. :) Enjoy!

Oct. 9, 2009 - BG's birthday celebration!!

The program I used to make the following video crashed every time I tried to make a title page, so you get this text instead.  This is from "BG's" (Princess 5) birthday celebration with some family and her best friend, "E". They had a great time at Chuck-E-Cheese's. The pizza definitely looked better than it tasted. Towards the end of the video, you'll see a lot of kids gathered around Chuck-E. The workers were having the kids dance and they were given free tickets for doing so. It was funny. They all had a great time.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful!!! I have gained a son. :) We started about 15 minutes late, but other than that, everything went well. I'll have some pictures posted soon. :)

Sep. 19, 2009 - Excitement!!!!

Well, my baby girl is getting married in about 8 hours. My how time flies!! It's hard to believe she's all grown up. I'm so proud of her!! Now I said I wouldn't cry in the wedding today...we'll see how that goes. :) I did cry a couple of days ago because I realized my dad, brother and father-in-law would have been so happy to have been to the wedding and it would have been great to have them here; however, God had different plans for them and they've all gone to glory.

12 hours from now (it's almost 6 a.m.) Hannah & Andrew will be preparing for their final dance before the reception is concluded. It's gonna be a busy 12 hours. lol

Sep. 12, 2009 - Princess 2 - Fabulousness lol

Princess 2 has been going to training at her new job at Braum's. She is having a blast. She's got such a great personality and is always so bubbly. I'm so happy to hear that her bosses continually praise her for learning quickly and smiling all the time. The store opens on Monday and so that'll be her first real tests...can she handle it? Stay tuned to find out. lol (It'll be Tuesday before I update this because she has to work until close.)

Sep. 3, 2009 - Gonna start round 2

of Princess 5's ADD medicine. We had to take her off of the one she's currently taking due to aggression, suicidal comments and murdering her siblings, busting out windows comments, and headaches. Yep, those aren't good side effects to have. She'll be off meds for 2 weeks then we'll try another one. If these ADD meds are anything like her seizure meds, this is going to be a huge pain in the tail.

Aug. 29, 2009 - Kids with Chick-Fil-A Cow and Bob & Larry

Hubby took the kids to meet Bob & Larry and got a surprise! The Chick-Fil-A cow was there. They even got free chicken sandwiches. :D
