leafed in thankful

Every  year we celebrate Valentines day together. We decorate the table and I make little treat bags for the girls. This year I gave Darrin a little heat full of Hersey Kisses and I also added some coupons for him ~Cuddle time, Your time, etc....   Every year we try to have a red menu.

This year we had lasanga, salad and homemade icecream sandwiches. Yummy!

Darrin posed her for me because I didn't get the picture the first time. ;)

Checking out the treat bags before dessert, and no they haven't eaten all of it. they haven't had anything yet.

Dessert!

I had to add this, all of the girls make little notes or cards for everyone. Ruth my baby above put a couple candies in a bad and addressed them to her sisters and put from her, in fromt of ruths plate I noticed one that said to Ruth from Ruth! I guess she didn't want to miss out!   After supper we had our prayer meeting and the a small fellowship of cake and icecream after. I hope you all had a wonderful time also. My Valentine gift is still to come. My hubby is taking me out for supper soon.

It look's like you all had a grand day! I wanted to do something similar, but we ended up doing things rather disjointed this year...LOL. That's life with three little's right? ;) All in all we did have fun too.
