leafed in Ponderings

For Today November 10, 2008
Check here to join in.
Outside my Window... Dried leaves cover the ground. The tree are almost bear. The sun is shinning bright, very welcomed after days of overcast sky and rain.
From the learning rooms...Nothing, we are taking the day off today to clean and organize, tomorrow is Remenbrance day and then back to work on Wednesday..
From the kitchen...Hamburger casserole, starting WW today.
I am wearing...pink brown jean skirt, a yellowbackground with pink flowered t-shirt, and a dark pink sweater.I actually match!
I am reading...My order came! I read Jessie by Lori Wick and now I'm reading Rebeccas Reward by Lauraine Snelling. Also a childrens book that will be bloged about on my site on Thursday, come back and check it out.
I am hoping...To get the house clean today so we can watch the Remebrance day services tomorrow.
I am creating...organization!
I am hearing...the children fighting over what they have to clean today, must go fix that.... Now it is just the dog barking ;).
Around the house...Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, then a movie for the girls this afternoon.
One of my favorite things...not having to figure out points!.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...Finish the new chore sheet, helping the girls to understand the sacrifice so many tens of thousands of men made, so that they have to ask to understand what war is because they have never really had to faceit. Even with the wars in the MiddleEast, they really don't know what it means, Thank God!.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...

I pray that we will all pause to remember tomorrow!
