Twice in one week!!! I received another card from my Secret Sister today! That makes two in two days!!! This one is cute as well. Two of my favorite things, teddy bears and quilts!
There was even some information about the quilt on the back of the card:
"The Bear Paw Quiltscape"
This quilt was created around the mid 1800's in Ohio and Pennsylvania. It has several names: Bear Foot, Duck's Foot in the Mud, or Hand of Friendship (which I particularly like) which the Quaker's called in in Philadelphia.
I always like little "tidbits" of information like that!

That is one of my most fav's of quilts. I hope to make one someday soon. Maybe ....after the house ??? lol . My mom made my 4ds a baby quilt with that pattern. (0=
