I have a Devotional Bible that was put out by Crossings Book Club.  This morning I was reading in Psalms and came across a couple of devotions that were written in my Bible.  I thought they were very good, and I would like to share them with you!

Psalm 5:4 ~ "For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness:  neither shall evil dwell with thee."

Tolerance ~  God made it clear through the psalmist that He cannot tolerate sin.  It is one thing to show tolerance and mercy toward others; it is quite another to endorse wrong behaviour.  If you have teenagers, let them be unique individuals, but draw the line where obvious right and wrong are concerned.  If you have toddlers or preschoolers, let them express their curiosity, let them explore their world; but don't let them get away with misbehaviour.  Show tolerance for people, not wrong behaviour.
