First of all, I would like to say thank you to Nancy from Nancys Nook for taking over Blogger Friend School! What an awesome responsibility you have taken upon yourself!!!
Now on to my assignment! This is a picture of one of my Bibles!

Please feel free to join me in posting about your Bible, it's really interesting to see other people's Bibles and learning about how they study and the tools they use for that.
- How old is your Bible?
- Why did you chose this Bible?
- Do you highlight/mark passages in your Bible?
- If so, what is your system for marking passages?
- Do you have notebooks to record things?
- If so, how many and what do you record?
- Where is your favourite spot to read your Bible?
- Are there any special thoughts about your Bible you want to share?
1. How old is your Bible?
~ My brother gave me this Bible the Christmas before I got married. He couldn't decide what name to put on the cover, so he went with my married name ~ Kim Lake. So, that makes my Bible approx. 16 years old.
2. Why did you chose this Bible?
~ I didn't. It was a gift from my little (but very TALL) brother!
3. Do you highlight/mark passages in your Bible?
~ Yes, I do!
4. If so, what is your system for marking passages?
~ I don't really have a "system"? I will usually highlight or underline a verse(s) that speaks to me while I am reading, or something that I find interesting while the Preacher is preaching.
5. Do you have notebooks to record things?
~ Yes, I have a notebook that I made, tucked in the inside pocket of my Bible Case.
6. If so, how many and what do you record?
~ Right now I have one in my Bible case, and I write down notes from the message, Prayer Requests, songs I like, etc.
7. Where is your favorite spot to read your Bible?
~ I like to read my Bible sitting on the couch in the livingroom, with a cup of coffee.
8. Are there any special thoughts about your Bible you want to share?
~ My Bible is special to me because my little brother bought it for me while he was away at Bible College. I LOVE the fact that it has wide margins! Lots of room for notes!
