FOR TODAY (November 10, 2008)...
Outside my window... The sky is overcast, but free from rain (unlike this past weekend)
I am thinking... how in the world can I possibly organize everything!
I am thankful for... the free Country in which we live, and for the sacrifice of so many men in women, so many years ago (and now as well). Remembrance Day is tomorrow.
From the learning rooms... plugging on with our School Work. Trying something different with Emily and Ben for History.
From the kitchen... Steak, potato wedges, squash, and carrots. Maybe even dessert. Not me though ... gotta watch those points!
I am wearing... Jean skirt, light blue 3/4 length sleeve T-shirt, knitted slippers (that have seen better days!)
I am creating... "Primitive" style embroidered pictures/pillows
I am going... to our local Homeschool Meeting tonight
I am reading... Homeschooling with a Meek and Quiet Spirit, and some craft magazines I picked up at the Grocery Store
I am hoping... my Mother feels well again real soon!
I am hearing... "Marion's Meanderings" on the radio.
Around the house... Laundry that needs to be finished and put away. Things that need to be put back in their place. Pictures that need to be organized and scrapbooked.
One of my favorite things... a large French~Vanilla Cappucino and Blueberry Fritter from Tim Hortons!
A few plans for the rest of the week: Observe Remembrance Day tomorrow, continue Homeschooling, work on some crafts (to sell ~ hopefully, and maybe for Christmas, and for Swaps), make bread
Here is picture thought I am sharing...

A Place To Call Home
