There is a wonderful program to help Lativa, Ukraine, and Russian orphans. If you have a heart that is burden to help here is a link to check it out. These children are also needing a loving family to adopt them. The scripture that is brought to my heart is that true religion is taking care of orphans and widows.

Oh, about the wheat bread-I use a recipe from the Urban Homemaker that works every time. I do use wheat gluten, though. Or, if I'm out of that, I use 1 cup of white flour and the rest wheat. I don't have a mixer yet. I've always done it by hand. I did order one recently, though- a bosch mixer, which is supposed to do really well w/ the freshly ground wheat. HTH! Holly
