All of us have seen bumper stickers on vehicles many times while driving down the roadways. Some are bad and some are good. However, not many of us follow through with what they tell/ask us to do on some of them though we may get a good chuckle. Well.....my hubby was driving to work yesterday afternoon and stopped at a main intersection in our town. All of a sudden, he heard someone honking their horn hysterically next to him. He looked around to make sure they were honking at him...they were, and waving just as much. He rolled down the window (they were on his left) and the man and woman rolled down theirs. My hubby asked what the problem was, thinking that he might have a low tire or something that he could not see. The couple in the car proceeded to tell him that they were honking because of our bumper sticker! My hubby couldn't help but laugh and smiled and said 'thanks'.  He then made his turn and proceeded to work.

You see, I had just put a new bumper sticker on our van before it broke down a couple weeks ago. Both my hubby and I had forgotten all about it... til yesterday. The bumper sticker is the one I purchased from 'The Familyman' (aka Todd Wilson-TOS), along with my homeschool cartoon books. The bumper sticker reads "Honk If You Homeschool". Leave it to us homeschoolers to actually honk! ha ha! I guess it's a good on-the-road way to meet other homeschoolers!
