My hubby and I are Detroit Redwings fans...and boy was it an awesome game tonight! It was game 6 of the playoffs between them and Dallas. Woohoo! We rung their bell! And on their home ice! ha ha! The Wings are now heading to the Stanley Cup Finals! Woohoo!!! They will be up against the Pittsburg Penguins. Yes, I love hockey. I love the intensity, the action,the fights, the whole game. I didn't start watching the Redwings until '95, after my hubby and I were dating a couple of years. However, I did enjoy hockey before then. My dad used to take me to see our local hockey team's games...the Sabres, when I was in elementary school. I loved it. I still have one of their hockey pucks. Ever since then, I have loved the game. No, I can't tell you all the players' names...I'm not a 'guy'. But, I still love to watch the games very much. (and for the record...I like to watch football too!) Game 1....Saturday at 8:00pm on Versus, in DETROIT!!!
