Today is my youngest's birthday! She is 4 today! Wow...it sure doesn't seem like four years have passed already since I had our last one. Eek! I'm feeling a little old at this moment. Oh well. I'll get over myself. ha ha! Four years old! Woohoo! She's just too cute too..and full of personality! These first years are just incredible the way they grow from year to year. First just learning to walk and babble. Next, they are toddling along and asking for small things. Now, is the time for more complex questions, full-out dialogs, stories, and even a little bit of an 'attitude' at times. It's just amazing! Things change so quickly. When I get to thinking about it all, I realize just how little time we are granted to be with our children while they grow to be adults...independent of us. It flies by...really. I want to cherish as much of it as I can. Now that all my girls are at home, for school, I have each and every day to share with them...to teach them, watch them grow, and just enjoy their love and laughter. How precious they are! |
