Most of us homeschoolers know by now that we as parents lose our rights over our children's education once they step foot into a public school. We also know that our kids lose their rights as well...even the very basic rights of privacy of their own bodies apparently. This happened in 2003, but still has not been resolved. Just think of the ramifications for public schools if the Supreme Court rules in favor of this pathetic school district. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,517104,00.html  I am SOOOO glad my girls are not in public school!!!
