frustrated

I needed a pressure garment for my 2 year old and have been playing games with this company for 3 months. Today they finally come in and they are the wrong size. I was very miffed. I called the company that makes them and went over my sales guys head. So now he is mad at me. He took an order that should have taken 3 weeks max and drew it out for 3 months and then I end up with the wrong size. He measured her twice and was off on almost every measurement.  I am not sure how but they say they will mail me out my next set on Friday.  I pray they are right. She is suffering without the right garments.  So when you are mad at a company and have to continue dealing with them what do you do?

... what's a "pressure garment?" And by the way, about the potty training from your earlier post, whatever decisions you make, don't push. I have a long horror story about that... I decided it was "time" for my 3 year old, and my 3 year old didn't agree, and believe me, it was a disaster of unbelievable porportions...

Hi! I think you really need to be persistant when dealing with medical companies. Call, get names of the people you are dealing with and call back.

I am sorry you are going through so much hassle when you are only trying to do the best for your child.
