I am so sorry for your loss. I have experianced three miscarriages. The last one a year ago. I was 20 weeks and delivered a little girl at home. It is devastating! Even though I was filled with sorrow for the baby I would never get to know, I was able to find such immense peace knowing that she was in her Heavenly Fathers arms. I encourage you to run to Him and know that He knows your pain and your feelings of emptiness. I will be praying for you!

Please allow me to give you my condolences. I've lost two precious babies before birth and it was so hard. You can overcome but it does take some time. Hang in there!

Jen, I have been where you are and it is so difficult! A nurse friend who was in the clinic when I found out that I had miscarried encouraged me to dig into the Psalms with a highlighter of a different color than I had ever used. I chose pink and now when I look back at those Psalms I am reminded of how the Lord literally carried me through that difficult time and that was almost 9 years ago.
I would also recommend the books by Linda DeYmaz, MOMMY PLEASE DON'T CRY (for you) and HEAVEN IS.... (for your younger children). She is a local pastor's wife around here (or was at the time) and had gone through a very difficult miscarriage very late in pregnancy. My dh read the second book to my children when I came home from the hospital and we answered their questions.
I will be praying for you as I know how I prayed and pleaded with the Lord during that time. May He comfort you as only He can.
Blessings,
Becky

I am so sorry, I miscarried my first pregnancy at seven weeks three years ago. I was heartbroken. Even though it was so early I still felt terrible. But God helped me through it and a year later I became pregnant with my now two year old son Miles.just remember, Not all things are good, but God can make good of all things. Take Care and God Bless.

I am so very sorry for your loss. There are no two ways about it, it just hurts. You can find peace in knowing that the Lord IS in control. The Lord gave me this verse the day before we lost our baby. It became my life line.
"When I pray you answer me; you encourage me by giving me the strength I need." Psalm 138:3
Let me encourage you to find a verse to cling to. Let it be your life line. He is faithful and will be everything you need him to be.
Almost exactly one year after we lost our precious little one, the Lord gave us our daughter, Emma Grace. While it did not erase little Jamie from our hearts, it did offer hope and healing. I pray the same for you.
Blessings,
Angela
P.S. If you need to talk, please feel free to e-mail me.

I'm a little late in leaving a comment but I wanted you to know that my heart goes out to you. I've just said a prayer for you and your family, escpecially your precious children.
Having never been through this myself I just experienced it with a dear friend who has found her peace & strength in her best friend, the Lord. May you also find your peace and strength in Him. I am so sorry.

I have had one of my sons go on ahead when he was three months old. Now you have something else to look forward to... G-d has taken your little one in His arms right away, protected from this world and waiting for you with HIM. My children all know they will see their little brother again some day. That helps them feel better, closer to him, they have something special that they know, and G-d knows. This is still your child, G-d gave him/her to you, you have still been blessed, and you will be blessed more. You will not get to hold this child...G-d is.
....shalom, you are also in G-d's hands.

For you and your family. I lost our baby, Whisper, in the 5th month. Very painful.
The children and I pray for little Whisper, and the children so look forward to meet the child one day.
Naming the baby, and saying good-bye, visualizing his/her spirit going to the Father, was much comfort. Until I did that, it was very difficult to go on.

This is a little late, but I felt to send you my prayers anyway.
My prayer is that God will be the peace that passes all understanding for you. I know Jesus cares and feels your pain.
Again, I'm so sorry for your loss.
