I got my cast off!!!!!!!  My wrist is really skiny, and sore from being in a cast for six weeks.  Other than that everything cool. Talk to you later.

Hi, I am siting here wrighting this with one arm.  Why am I  doing this you ask.  Well I  have a broken my wrist.  Now I'm going to tell how this crazy thing happed.  Well I can't because I was knocked out before my wrist broke on the springs of a trampolen.   But I can tell you what my friends saw.   They say that I did a front tuck (which is very easy for me) and over rotated so that my face slamed into the the springs knocking me out and then somehow brakeing my wrist.  So after six hours of wateing in the hospital I got home at three in the morning with a full arm cast.  So know that the hole world has sined my cast, I am forced to stay home and wach TV all day.  It's sooooooo boreing.  Well that all for now.                                   Justin

     Hello every one, sorry I haven't written in soooooooo long.  My life has been crazy and it's just starting to slow down.  Now to tell you what I've been up to since I last wrote.  First I'll talk about my gymnastics meet season.  Ok, about five months ago ( yes it has been that long since I wrote last), I had my first meet as a level 7.  I did pretty well, but I didn't win as much as last year because level 7 gymnastics is a lot harder than level 6 gymnastics.  It was also harder because most of the people I was competing against had been in this level of gymnastics for 2-3 years and this was my first.  As the gymnastic seasons went on I got better and better.  So now I'm at the end of my long season of gymnastics and my wrist started to hurt.  I think it's just from being used so much.  So I decided it was no big problem and, anyway, I only had one more meet to go .  Boy was I wrong.  A week after my last meet of the season ( which I didn't do so good at for some reason????) I finally decided that my wrist was hurting bad enough to go to a sports hospital. They took X-rays of my wrist and felt around.  It turns out I have a stress fracture in the growth plate of my wrist, and now I cannot do hardly any gymnastics for at least  a month.  That was a week ago, and so far all I have done at the gym was trampolene and strength training.  It's going to be fun doing just trampolene and strength training for a whole month.  NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Other than that I'm doing well, and hope to hear from someone soon.

     I just got back from my grandparents and I had a great time.  I went to two rodeos at two different 4-H fairs.  I also got to see my Aunt and Uncle shoot at balloons while on their horses.  I also got to ride horses.  I love riding horses so much but since I live in the city I can't have one.  I also got to ride on my grandparents boats also.  Thats all for now.

     Sorry I have not been on my blog lately.  I'v been really busy with travelling for gymnastics meet.  Last weekend my gym hosted State Championships.  State Championships is when every gym in the state of Ohio comes to one meet.  I did graet and won 1'st place All Around.

     On March 3 was my birthday and I turned 12.  And then on March 17 was my dog birthday and he turned 2.  A cupal day after my dog birthday he had to have surgery right by his armpit because he had a soft tissue mass.  He's all right now exsept we have to wach him all the time so he doesn't lick it.  Thats all for now.

     Yesterday I  had a gymnastics meet and I won 1st place allaround.  Today I went back to the meet to watch my teemmates and when one of them where on the highbar one of the wires snapped and the hole bar fell.  A cupal of my teammates where injurd, but nothing sereus.  It was one of the scaryest thing I have ever seen.  Thats all for now.

     I'm at a hotel right now and tomorow I have a gymnastics meet.  I dont think there will be verey many kids in my age group so I have a prety good chance of wining allaround.  I left my dog at houme for the weekend and I already miss him.  Has everyone been waching the winter olympics, I have but I like the summer olympics more because it has my favorite sport gymnastics in it.  what's your favorit olympics?  that's all for now.

     Yesterday I had my first gymnastics meet of the season in a new level and I did great!  I'll tell you what I won, first I won 1 place on pommel hores, 1 place on rings, 2 place on parrelel bars, 5 place on high bar, 5 place valt, 6 place on floor and 2 place alloround.  I wish some how I can show you what I can do but at least I can tell you what a great sport this is to be in and how much I'm improving.  If any won wached the gymnastics olimpics of 2004 you should get a littel feel of what I can do.  maybe if I work hard enuf you wite see me in the 2016 olimpics.  Talk to you later.

  Hi, yesterday I went trick or traeting.  My mom thinks I'm to old and I know shes right like always, but who can pass up free candy?  My dog and I were both pirates.  My dog bear was so cute in his little pirate costume.  Bear was scared of my costume, he's such a scaredycat.  Thats all for now.
