Yesterday was a wonderful day! Daddy, Hosannah, Sarah, and I ran on a team in a Christmas Classic race. The team didn't win, but everyone in our family who ran placed. Daddy placed 2nd in his age group. Hosannah placed 2nd in her age group as well; and Sarah, who was in the same age group, placed 3rd. I placed fifth in my age group and surprised myself. Caleb-8 ran a youth mile, and placed second overal and first in his age group. Ethan-7 ran a quarter miler and came in first! (He was so cute coming in.) After the race there was free pizza. YAY! (Yahoo And Yum). Then we watched the Christmas parade. I took a bunch of pictures for Rebekah, who had stayed at home; and I collected candy. (YAY again.) That afternoon we went to see a play of Scrooge. It was fun and interesting. Most of the acters were really good. Then we came home to half and inch of snow and the house partly decorated! Yes, yesterday was a wonderful day. Today has been a rather quiet day in comparison and in not comparison. :) ~Moriah |
