   YUM-O!!

Homemade Apple Pie!  YUMMY!!!!  It's so good!  The apples are sweet and tart (from our apple trees).  The crust is crisp and caramel coated.

I tossed the apples with 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and about 1 T. vanilla before adding the lattice top and I extended the baking time at 350 to 50 minutes.
