New Year
Well we are in a New Year and thought that I would stop in to update....
We are going to be participating in a web project called " Westward Ho" which is a virtual journey of a pioneer trip to Oregon. This is going to be our first time participating but it looks like so much fun! A friend of ours had mentioned it and we just typed it in the google search engine and found it easily.
Our other news is that we have a dog !!! It is a long haired chiahuaha...right now we are fostering her for a few weeks while the family is in transistion....getting us prepared for getting our own dog!
Anyway I hope to post a bit more frequently here in the New Year with sharing recipes and other tidbits of our Mountain Life and Urban Homesteading adventures!

Jan. 11, 2007 - Let us know....
I enjoyed your entry today. Please let us know how the Westward Ho worked out. My kids are doing Lewis and Clark this quarter and that would be a great addition to this.
