• Apr. 19, 2007 - Latin advice anyone??

I'd like to start teaching Latin next year and am looking at using the Prima Latina program because I have no foreign language background what-so-ever.  I'm wondering if any one who has used this or any other Latin program would be willing to give me some feedback and some tips on how to best approach this subject.  I would really appreciate any comments!

My hubby loves his new salon, things are going well.  His clients have followed him and he's been booked solid!  I'm sure I've said this before but it is so awesome to see him living his dreams!

I also wanted to let you, my friends, know that my house is clean!  Not that it was ever horrible but it needed a lot of attention and my poor hubby was always frustrated about it.  It doesn't really bother me as much as it bothers him but I want to honor him and this is one way I can.  I cleaned up and got more organized with the help of the flylady.  The flylady is a free online coach and has really helped me get control and feel good about this part of my life, so I thought I'd pass the info on!

I hope you're doing well, grace and peace to you!

Good luck on teaching Latin! I am so glad that you husband's salon is going well. Congratulations on the clean house. Do you want to come clean mine? I feel like I get mine clean, then I turn around and look behind me. My three blessings are following right behind making messes as they go! I know a lot of people who have used FlyLady and loved it. Have a great week!

You can try Latin's Not so Tough by greeknstuff.com. We use the Greek series and my son just loves it. He's on level 4 of 7. I think they have 4 levels of Latin. The program is easy to understand and learn. Also, I don't think the cost is very expensive.
