William and I started reading Cheaper by The dozen yesterday. Has anyone read this? When we get done reading it we plan to rent the original movie and the new remake and compare and contrast the book and the movies! We love to do this!

We LOVE Cheaper by the Dozen! Make sure to get the 2nd book Bells On Their Toes when you are finished with Cheaper. It picks up where the Cheaper leaves off. You will love the orignial movie. Don't bother with the new version....Nothing to do with the book and lots of bad behavior. I preveiwed a few minutes before letting the kids watch. Neddless to say we stuck to the oldy but goodie!

I have seen the older version but never read the books. I don't usually care for newer versions they do of movies so not sure I would want to see it. Let us know what you think.

The book is a great read! I haven't seen the older version of the movie, but the newer one was nothing like the book.
