We saw in the kmart paper that the easter bunny was going to visit and give out DORA treats at the kmart store on Sunday afternoon.  We took Evamarie and guess what!  No Easter bunny!  We had to ask 3 people about it and they acted like we had no idea what we were talking about.  At the service desk we were told that the Easter bunny was not coming.  Well I was upset.  This was not my first bad experience at this Kmart store so I went online and typed a complaint!  Today I got a phone call fron the manager and he wants us to bring Evamarie in and he's going to let her pick out a easter basket for FREE!!

So let those people know that the custormer is always RIGHT!!!
