tday i ran an errand near bishan park, while ky was at gym. it's e 1st time i've left him alone during those 2hrs. but it was something my dh really needed me to do. so i dragged kay along and returned for him with 15min to spare...

as it turned out, i apparently missed something which he was really proud to hv achieved: "a backwards soumersault on the bars mum!"

this he told me tonight as i snuggled beside him b4 bed. he was very happy to hv done it... and even more so because he was e *only* one in his class who was "allowed" to do it, as his coach deemed him capable, he added.  :)

he asked me then if i cd start helping him practice kicking up to a handstand in the air... "cos i'm not very good at that mum". how sweet... actually i've observed that he's been the best in his peresnet class at this particular "stunt" on most days.  then just today his little female friend 'overtook' him :b  isnt it amazing what a bit of competition can do, from someone u like!

next yr my dear u shall be promoted to level 3. by then u will be in school and needing another time-slot.  so although you like yr present coach so much, you'll hv to be moving on.  alas, she doesnt hv any boys' classes at night.... so be brave... e "fierce" male coach is going to be the one to take u further :)  be humble and do yr best!  God will help with the rest...
