I love Easter. The spring flowers, the kids in freshly pressed clothes, the fun and excitement of a family gathering. Of course I love this holiday the most of all because it is the celebration of Christ's dieing for our sins and his victory over death by rising from the grave on Easter morning.
This weekend we will make resurrection cookies with our kids. They are not really something to eat, but more of an object lesson in Christ's resurrection.
We also love doing the resurrection eggs, which depict the story of Christ's entry into Jerusalem to the cross, to the resurrection.

This is also a fun homeschool site with lots of ideas, but I was particurally impressed with their selection of Easter activities.
