Aug. 20, 2009 - I'm Finally Back

Mar. 14, 2009 - it's raining, it's pouring...

Sorry it's been so long since I was on, but anyway, I bought Stephanie Smith's CD yesterday and I love it! She's a lot like Britt Nicole (she actually co-wrote a song with Britt). So yeah, go check her out.

I was supposed to run 12 miles today, but it's raining, so I'm going to do my long run on Monday instead. I'm on Spring Break until next Friday...YAY!!! My half-marathon is in 3 weeks...I cannot wait. I am so ready to go out there and run.

I started Highland Rim two weeks ago. It was a lot of fun...the coolest part is that they have to call me Miss and my last name, which makes me feel old. The kindergardeners are soo cute, and they remember a lot. The 1st graders are very fidgety, and have a lot of potential. There are no 2nd graders. The largest class is the 3rd thru 7th graders, and there are 25 of them. Some of them aren't interested in music, but I'm hoping that they will soon.

So yeah.

Feb. 20, 2009 - Songwriting Offered

Hello....guess what I am running 9 miles tomorrow. Be impressed. Be very impressed. I am so proud of myself....anyway, life is good right now. I haven't played my guitar in a week (don't be impressed lol) and I really need to do that sometime. Sorry, I'm just thinking out loud. Anyway, I said this a couple of months ago and I'll say it again: if you have lyrics or something in written form that you would like to be put to a song, comment or PM me! I did it for YardenaAlona2995 and it turned out pretty good. So if you want me to, then comment or PM me with the following: (1) the lyrics or words or w/e, (2) song style preference, (3) any other instructions for the song. When you tell me the style preference, it can be "i want it to be slow and flowy" or just name a song you want it to sound like. Another thing: I'll write it on my guitar, and then I'll send you an mp3 of your song. So yeah, quit reading this entry and do it!
