Last night I watched Saving Sarah Cain by Beveryly Lewis. It is a new release. What a great movie! The name Sarah indicates how she is a princess. Yet she is also a Cain, only offering up the works of her hands to the world. God would have us be more like Abel than Cain. Cain offered vegetables, which symbolizes the works of one's hands, whereas Abel offered a lamb, something only God could have made. Sarah's sister offered up her children, who are precious lambs, to her sister, to bring her back to God. It was a beautiful allegory! |
