Yesterday I had a taste for Annie's Taste of Thai.  This restaurant is not a favorite of my two smaller children.  So when I traveled to the town it is located in, I knew I couldn't go eat there and have them appreciate it.  We ended up eating hot dogs at Sams instead.  But when I was at home, I asked God to give me an opportunity to eat at Annie's because I never get a chance to.  Then I prepared a Thai dinner for supper last night.

Today, a friend of mine called me and said we won.  "What did we win?" I asked.  She said she had submitted us to a magazine two months ago, saying that six of us wanted to eat together at Annie's Taste of Thai but never got to because as home school moms, we are always busy.  Today, she found out we won and will be going out together next month.  She is supposed to write a little article and take a picture of us together and give it to the magazine.  I knew God was concerned with what I was concerned about when I heard I was going to get to eat at this restaurant.  Thank you, Lord.  It makes me know I am His beloved daughter.
