Yeah, I'm still here and I'm not going in tomorrow either.
You see what happened was: On Thursday I went in to get surgery, it was just going to be a quick little in and out kind of deal. But then they found out I was taking all these vitamins, which we thought they new about 'cause I've been on them for months!
Anyway, they didn't know about them and said it would be better to reschedule the surgery, because certain vitamins can cause extra bleeding or something like that.( I didn't really understand it.) And that delayed everything. Oh, the surgery is to get this tube thing in my chest, they'll use it to inject the chemo. They'll also use it to collect stem cells,which they'll save and give back to me after each treatment.
Well the surgery has been rescheduled to this Tuesday, then on the twenty-sixth, if everything goes the way it's planned, I'll be admitted.Oh, but I forgot, we're going to ask them to change it to the first week in august because I would be going in the same weeks of every month and my birthday is the last week in August, so I was really hoping to be home for that!
