I had been searching for a way to get the kids motivated to do chores. While searching for homeschool resources I came across the handipoints site. This will be our second week of using their chore chart. I love it !!! Not only is it a great motivater for the kids it also has educational value. There are many ways you can use the chart and it can be used with different age children.

We've started a fun new thing this year where the boys are rotating through different "jobs". The Sous Chef helps cook and clean the kitchen. The Farm Hand helps with outside chores and taking care of the pets, and the Custodial Assistant helps with cleaning and maintenance. It's amazing! It's really helping them take ownership of the jobs, and they're so proud of themselves. Well, I hope that helps, and if not, I'm sure you'll find what works for you!
