Ever had something new you wanted to try but had no idea how? I have more times than I can count. It actually happened tonight. Caroline received a rug hooking kit quite some time back but never worked it. Tonight she was "bored" and I told her to go to the project box and find something to keep her busy. She pulled out the rug hooking kit. It would have taken a genius to figure out the instructions written on the box. We both tried it several times to now avail. Finally Caroline asked " wonder if we could find out how on the internet ? " Great idea and yes. All it took was googling "how to do a latch hook rug". Wala !!! My first google hit was the one. It was an awesome How To web site. We were so awwwwed by the site. We learned how to french braid, how to do a french manicure and how to make a friendship bracelet. Well, I just had to share the web site with you all.

Im afraid I never replied to your apple recipe question. Ive made the usual apple chips, apple sauce & apple fritters ect....... You may like our Torta di Mele recipe. A wonderful, delectable Italian apple cake. I can share if youd like. If so, Ill send it privatly to you.
