When Bailey moves from Wisconsin to California, she goes to Peppermint Highschool. She meets girl named Rachel Hawkins. She also meets Rome Lake; Who's father is the owner of a hotel called The Lake hotel. Since Rome is rich Bailey she wants act proper so she can be friends with her.

Whenever Bailey meet Gina and her posse', Bailey uses Rome's perfumes without tell her, and sprays it on t-shirts, she sells them to people at school, but then Rome finds out. Meanwhile, Sally goes to a chatbox, but she doesn't know the internet slangs, so Rachel teaches her.

Bailey gets tired of Gina bullying people, so while at the park she uses a water gun and a bucket of water to put on her. Then she'll take a picture.
