I saw this fun tag over here and decided to do it :-)
In Spring my favorite things are the soft sunshine, fresh blue skies and friendly wind. I love shedding my winter coat and pulling out my flip-flops and short sleeves. I love seeing the trees start to bud, the grass brighten, and the daffodils pop up. I love opening the windows, hanging clothes on the line, and laughing at the scruffy appearance of my shedding, muddy horse. I love watching the farmers discing the fields, and watching a haze of green appear over the acres of farmland.
In Summer I love spending long days in the sun playing volleyball with my friends, roasting s'mores, and eating cold watermelon. I love going on lazy bareback rides through the fields, barefoot so I can rub my feet against the slick warm hide of my horse. I love stuffing my shoes in my closet and wearing sandals everywhere, and then laughing at the tan lines on my feet. I love ice-cold peach tea, watching my brothers chase butterflies, and taking pictures of them doing "boystuff". I like mowing with the lawn tractor, alone with my thoughts and the smell of the freshly cut grass. I love leaving my window open all night and falling asleep to the sound of the wind and the crickets. I love fireworks and going to the Symphony to celebrate Independence Day.
In Fall I love the cool, breezy days. I love the smell of woodsmoke, and watching the corn and soybeans turn golden. I love apple cider and historical re-enactments. I love the intense blue of the sky, and watching the trees don their fall colors. I love running my hand over my horse's thickening coat, and being able to gallop her without feeling guilty about making her work hard in the heat. I love working jigsaw puzzles with my dad and curling up under my down comforter at night.
In Winter I love waking up on the morning of my birthday and feeling as excited as a little kid, and watching snow come drifting down out of a fluffy grey sky. I love coming in from the barn and finding a cup of cappuccino waiting for me on the kitchen table. I love the hint of mystery that fills the air, secrets about Christmas abounding, and being the main person that my family brings things to, begging me to "hide this until Christmas- and don't tell anyone". I love watching packages gather under the Christmas tree, and watching the boys pick what ones they think belong to them. I love sitting on the couch with the tree aglow and the lights turned down, listening to Dad read the Christmas Story. I love rolling in the snow, making snow angles and snow forts, and attempting to make good sled paths down our hill. I love the silence of riding my horse when several inches of snow covers the ground, muting the sound of her hooves and giving me the sensation of flight. I love the icicles, and observing how the light hits them in such a way that they glint and glimmer. I love curling up with a good book while a good ol' snowstorm blows, knowing that my family and I are all safe and sound inside. I love...waiting for spring to come again.

It's four in the morning and you get a text message, who is it? No one!
If you could change your eye color what would it be? Umm...I'm happy with my eye color!!
What flavor do you add to your drink at Sonic? I rarely go to Sonic. When I do, I get the Cherry Limeade.
Do you own a digital camera? Yes!!!
Have you ever had a pet fish? Yeah, several in fact.
Favorite Christmas song(s)? Mary Did You Know?, O Come, O Come Immanuel, What Child is This?
What's on your wish list for your birthday? Camera gear (monopod, memory card, battery pack...), Money.
Can you do push-ups? Yes, but not very many in a row.
Can you do a chin up? I don't know.
Dose the future make you more nervous or excited? It depends...usually excited.
Do you have any saved texts? I've never texted in my life (I know some of you are probably shocked and think I've never lived...lol.).
Ever been in a car wreck? Nope (thankfully!!).
Do you have an accent? Yeah, who doesn't?
What was the last song to make you cry? Probably the music video "East to West" by Casting Crowns. It had scenes from The Passion.
Plans tonight? Feed Becky and Buddy...work on re-writing a story...take a shower...try to learn more about HTML codes.
Have you ever felt like you hit rock bottom? Just about.
Have you ever been given roses? Yep! Dad got me some for my birthday :-)
Current hate right now? Satan, abortion, murder, racsicim. "Hate that which is wrong, hold tightly to that which is good." I can't give you a reference for that, but it's in the Bible.

Met someone who changed your life? The list would be loooong...to protect people's privacy I won't say.
How did you bring in the new year? I don't remember. Probably sleeping. No, I was staring at the clock, wanting it to change to 12:00, then I went to sleep :-).
What song represents you? Probably "Ready" by Third Day and "In Me" by Casting Crowns.
I had several more...it was a unique question, I'd never thought of what song represented me before. :-).
Would you go back in time if you were given a chance? How far back? I don't know, depends.
Have you ever dated someone longer than a year? I don't date.
Do you have any tattoos/piercings? Nope.
What songs do you sing in the shower? Umm...whatever pops into my head :-).
Ever had someone sing to you? Does Happy Birthday count?
Do you like to cuddle? I like to cuddle babies :-).
Have you held hands with anyone today? With my brothers around the supper table during the prayer.
Who was the last person you took a picture of? I think Little Football Man. He was making goofy faces :-).
What kind of music did you listen to in elementary? I don't know, probably Judy Roger, Steve Green's kids CD's, Micheal W. Smith (I still listen to him!!), whatever Dad and Mom listed to.
Do you believe in staying close with your ex's? I don't think you should have "ex's".
Are most of the friends in your life new or old? Most?? Hmm...both.
Do you like pulpy orange juice? Yes.
What is something your friends make fun of you for? Funny/ blonde stuff I've said. But they don't really make fun, they just laugh when I tell them.
Have you ever ridden a elephant? Yes, I have :-)
Do you like to play Scrabble? Yep, I love word games!!
What are you saving your money up for right now? Camera gear, a future trip to Germany, garage sale/gift money.
When is the last time you ate peanut butter & jelly? Last month, I think.
What were you doing at 12am last night? Sleeping!!
What was the first thing you thought when you woke up? I should get up now and have Bible time...no, I'll have Bible time tonight, I'm gonna turn off my alarm clock and go back to sleep for a while.

I've Been Tagged!!
"Leeleew" at "Kitty Cats in the Cove" has tagged me! I've never been tagged before...just those Q&A emails that get sent around sometimes.
1. do you have pets? Yes, one horse named Becky
2. what is your dream pet? Hmm...Becky listening to me 100%, a Siberian Husky, and a gorgeous, spirited-yet-obedient horse.
3. who is your hero? Queen Esther
4.what is your favorite book? Aside from the Bible, it would be a toss-up between the Millie Keith Series, A Girl of the Limberlost, and Freckles.
5. what is you favorite movie/tv show? Sue Thomas, F.B.I, Gods And Generals... lots more on the movie part...
6. what is your favorite animal? Horses!
7. what is your favorite food? Homemade Ice Cream, Roast Beef Pizza, almost anything Mexican or Chinese.
8. do you sew, knit, etc.? I am learning how to sew, knit and crochet.
