My Garden of Flowers

Good Morning,

In California is only 9:30 and we are slowing getting going. The news is reporting the weather to be in the 90's this afternoon and that means I need to do my cleaning now before it gets to hot. We don't have air conditioning and if we did probably won't use it with the high cost of electricity! Maybe I will run errands later or we can go to the pool...which I think the kids would enjoy more. I can always run errands tomorrow while the kids are in their dance classes.

Tonight I have two meeting to attend, and of course both are important so I am going to try to make both. The first is one for Vacation Bible School and I will probably just stop by, pick up what I need, and get any new info. The other is my last support group meeting for our homeschool group. I have mixed feelings about going. I missed the last one because I was sick and that was a big mistake because there was a major announcement.

The group we currently belong to is one of many in a large Homeschool Support Group System (www.selahchristianschools.com). I joined this one a few years ago because I had some serious issues with the first one we joined and was very pleased with our change. However over that last year, much has changed, our group, and my family's needs. I have older children now and I need a different kind of support. The group is reforming as a completely different group and I am not all that sure that this is what where we need to be. I need some kind of support, but I am not sure what I should do. To change or not to change, that is the question of the day. I don't want to make a final decision until I speak with a trusted friends this afternoon, and I listen to the changes that are happening at the group tonight.

I have put off cleaning a long as possible so I better get going and finish up the cleaning so we can start preparing for our trip and finish up our lessons for the week. Happy Monday Everyone!
