Little Monkey was up before dawn today so I was able to check out some news headlines on AOL. I need to not do that.
Schoolboard Sued for showing Brokeback Mountain in class full of 12 year olds. "What happens in Mrs. Buford class stays in Mrs. Bufords class".
Teachers stage fake gun attack on students, again 11 & 12 year olds. "The children were in that room in the dark, begging for their lives"
"Slacker Moms" urge "Alpha Mothers" to chill. I agree that Alpha Mothers need to back off, but since when are you a slacker if you don't schedule every second of your childs life? They need a new title, how about "Common Sense Moms". Also, since when is being educated and "can-do" only in the Alpha Mom category?
