Apr. 2, 2008 - Finally A Snow Day . . . Umm, a few weeks ago
Growing up in Michigan, we don't really get enough snow down here to stop us from going out. About three weeks ago we got enough snow for everything around us to shut down. Yes, I'm way behind. Bear with me here, I'm trying to catch up! We took advantage of the empty hill at the school down the road from us. It was us and one other family :)
Peanut isn't sure about all of this. In fact, he wants to go home NOW! He put on a brave face so mommy could get one cute shot.
Finally, we attempted to make a snowman. Our puppy kept jumping up and stealing the veggies from it. We had a carrot nose, and broccoli buttons. The pup stole the last of our broccoli, so we moved to cherry tomato buttons. After I took this picture, she ate those too. 
We call him "snow kid". Yup, we're creative. Calvin and Hobbes would be very dissapointed in us.

What fun! Most of the snow we got this year was with ridiculously cold temperatures. No one wanted to be out at all in sub-zero temps for long...even if it was tempting to have fun for a nanosecond or two. ;')
Great pics! And, tell Peanut he looks very brave for the camera and the rest of us looking. :')
