Another nice day today!

I was sick but managed to get trough the day without to much trouble!!!

The kids worked on their multiplications table today...  We did little game to help them memorize it.

We have had problems to order our french and Maths  books...  We are hoping to receive it this week.

Hi everybody!

We are so happy because our little classroom has arrived yesterday!  It is soooo nice! 

The kids where so excited!

And, just to let you know...  We enjoy very much doing homeschool!  The first week was rough...  But, we are getting use to the routine now...

There are some of our books that are not arrived yet so it makes it harder for us to do our work.

Hi everybody!

We are back in town!  After 3 beautiful week on vacation!

It went so fast...  I was hoping it would last for a lot more days!

Back to the realitie!  Homeschool! 

The first day I arrive, I had a downhill feeling...  I felt I had so many things to do and that fear...  it gripped me again...That fear of not beeing able to make it...

But now, I'm feeling better...

It help to have lots of friends to talk in case of emergency!!!

Hi eveybody!

It seem's the time is flyyyyyying by so fast!!!

Busy with the crafts, violon and piano lessons!

We are having a beautiful summer!

Yesterday, my oldest and I worked in our flower garden...  We put it bigger and put more beautiful flowers in it...  Looks very nice!  I love flowers!  Especially the "'Echinacee Purpurea" ( something like this!).

This morning, It is rainy out there and the kids are still in bed...  I was wondering "how  would I get those kids up in the long winter season..."  It makes me nervous!!!  When they where in school, the bus was pushing them out of bed!  But now...

How do you do?

My other concern is our youngest one... 

 He is one of those hyper kid that will not concentrate on a worksheet for more than 2 minutes...

How in the world will I be able to teach him something?

While playing soccer, the childrens bumped into a tiny little rabbit and broke it's two legs...  It is sooo sad... 

Dad try to help the more he could by trying to give it water and milk, but the poor little one is so weak...  My heart wanted to cry when I saw my husband taking care of this little rabbit as if it was a real baby...  He is so gentle and would give anything to see this little one feel better...

My dear mother went with the boys to have a haircut this morning so I am here alone with my little princess!

We might work on her Science today because I wan't to put her and my oldest son on the same level next year.  They are only one year apart...

So, how do you do your Science when you have different level of childrens?  Would you do more Unit Studies?  Please, tell me about your experience!

Wow! 

There was a lot of thunders last night!  It woke everybody up in the middle of the night...  Our little one came in our bed to snugle a little bit of comfort while the lightenings was flashing through the windows...

We are all waiting for grandpa and grandma to arrive at any time this morning!  My parents are very special!  I love them very much.  My mother never stops working and my dad is a father for everyone he knows...  He is a true christian from the bottom of his heart...  I love him so much.

And in case you are wondering about my spelling errors...  I'm french, truly french, and all our kids are french to! 

Our youngest started violon lesson today!  I always said that only a mother can find something special about a child starting to play violon!!!  All the "Squeacks"  are Ho!  So cute!!!  I was so happy for him!  He wanted to take lessons for years...

My parents are coming over tomorrow!  I have to clean all the house before 11 am!  I hope the sun will be up early!

Hi everybody!

Time seem's to fly by!!!  We where busy all weekend!  Saturday, I went to town with my big girl!  The two boys stayed with their dad who was working in the garden... 

Yesterday...  What a Lovely day!   The sun was up very early!   We packed a little lunch, put the bikes on the bike rack and drove to town for a little fun at the park.  It was so much fun!  We went for a long ride and after, relaxed in the park...

It was time for the end of school treat so we went to McDonald and after, went to the store to get each of them  a special gift...

We have subscribe to the library summer program so this afternoon, it's time for "  A day in the life of a frog" 

I will take that time to browse in the library for books on homeschooling!

I'm anxious for tonight to come...  we are going to a multicultural supper that is held for new immigrants that arrive every week in our town.  We are particularly interested in the African!  We love Africa!   We love the people there...  It was such a blessing for us to visit Rwanda last January...

Last day of school!!

Hugs, flowers and gits all leave our eyes wet and happy at the same time that summer has finally come...!

We had good friends over, nice hamburger and frie dinner and all 9 of us walked to the coast...  What a beautiful day!  What a lovely sound the wave make when it hit the shore... And I love the wind on my face!  God has made beautiful things...

I wish you would meet my friend L.-L....  She is a real example of happiness!  She have 7 childrens and they have been such a blessing for everyone around them.

Tonight, we are going at some other friend.  It seems that everybody want's to make this last day of school a feast!!!

My big boy's last day of school

What a beautiful day again today!  As I woke up I thougt about the little  Ducks that will be so happy on this rainy day!!!

We went   to  a  Museum  with the kids this morning...  I had to rush to the store to get a couple plastic coats and umbrellas!  It was a nice walk and the 22 kids did very well. 

Tomorrow is the last day of school for us...  Well... I guess, it makes me sad to leave everybody there to start our own little school...  Our oldest boy have been in that school for 5 years now...  I will miss all the little faces!   With their big smile! 

But Ha!!!...  It's kind of exciting to think about starting homeschooling!  My hubby and I talk a lot about it...  Last night we decided that our next step was to write down our objectives for the school year to decide on the curriculum we needed...

Yesterday, after school, we went to  town and had supper at a park.   Dad joined us there and we had a nice time relaxing together.  After, I went with our daughter and youngest son to get gifts for the teacher...  I love the one our youngest found for his teacher...  A nice chime...  It's sounds so lovely!  I don't know if she needed that to remember his bright little smiling mischievious face...!!!  I guess, she will have to hear him again all summer!!    He is so hyperactive!  He is like a spring...  But he can be so "CUTE" (when he  sleeps....!!! lol)

What a beautiful day!!  The sky is so blue...  We would not believe that rain is coming for tomorrow...

It was Barbecue day today!  We enjoyed the time with the kids and all the parents that where there...

This morning, we went to plant  a tree and took pictures of the "Big event"!!

One kid was putting the soil and another one was watering...

This afternoon, Abekka will be in our town for a display...  We might hop in and go check what they have for us...

What a blessing to be able to share our treasured days with all of you!

I'm just new to homeschooling and can't wait for September to come for us to open our new crispy books!
