Apr. 8, 2008 - PRAYER REQUEST........
I wish you would keep me in prayer for the next couple weeks if you think of it....I'll be auditioning for the SYS and I really would like to get in. As much as I want to, though, I really don't want to get in to this organization if it's not God's will. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me, something I've dreamed of for a long time, but if God doesn't want me to take advantage of it, then neither do I.
I'll be going next week to my teacher's to get my pieces recorded....so that means I have a solid week of practicing cut out for me - then I'll be sending the audition CD in. So please pray that I'll get accepted if God woudl have it that way, and that it won't work out if He doesn't.

I will be praying that God's will would be done....That would be awesome though if you did join. I am also looking for something to "be in". I don't know if I want to join our school band because from what I've heard....they're pretty bad. But anyway...I'll be praying!
Sure appreciate the prayers. And if you really want to perform with a group, check out El Camino Symphonic Band - I've heard they'll give you quite an experience...AHEM!!!

Thanks for the prayers sister Shirley! It's been wonderful having all you guys back. Our youth group about doubled lol. You all are very encouraging too and I appreciate you all! Sure, add me to your friends list. I'll do the same lol.
