Maps

Posted in Resources
A friend of mine told me about a hole-punched map to fit in a 3-ring binder. What a clever idea! I also like the World map and US map placemats.

I'd still like a larger map for the wall, but I think the smaller ones would be great, too, as they'd be easily accessible and get more use.

Jul. 12, 2008 - Maps

Posted by Silvia
Ohh... there's nothing I love more than a map. I've always had a huge world map on the wall over my bed and used to look at it for endless periods of time. Nothing ever fascinated me more than a map. When I got to 9th grade (the year you're required to learn all the world countries, their capitals and locate them on a map) I already knew them by heart. By the way, ever heard the Animaniacs songs about world countries, US states and US presidents? Too bad they're not updated or else they'd be a great/fun way to learn about those subjects. I'm 28 and still sing along every time I hear them! Now that I finished embarrassing myself (lol) you can look for them on youtube if you haven't heard them before :)
