Jun. 4, 2008 - Crafty Fun!!!

I made a yummy creation with my easy bake oven. It was yummy. We experimented with tons of chocolate!!

Here is a picture of me wearing my newest outfit.  I took an old dress and cut off the top and cut a slit in the front and a hole on one side and cut a little hole like a button hole on one side and then when you put it on it can adjust like a jacket!

Then I made a tote bag out of the skirt.

And then I made another outfit starring butterflies and flowers! It's easy to make, just iron on appliques where you want them!

BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May. 20, 2008 - Fun, Fun, Fun!!!

Today we made Mint Candy.  This is what you do.

Beat an egg white until slightly bubbly.  Coat both sides of a mint leaf (be sure it's clean and organic).

Then take the mint leaf and dip it in some sugar until it's coated as much as you want it.

Put it on parchment paper.  You can also use rose petals instead of mint leaves.  Cover with another layer of parchment paper.  Put in slightly warm oven at 225 degrees F. with the door cracked a little for 15 minutes.  Turn off the oven and let cool while in the oven.

This is what they look like uncooked.

This is what they look like when they are cooked.

I definitely recommend it for little snacks!!!

May. 7, 2008 - The Creek and Cooking a New Recipe

Creek

We went to the creek the other day.  We made a path in there for us to get to the other side.  Here is a picture of it!!

We made a new recipe from my new book Snooza Palooza.  The recipe was great!!!

Ingredients:

1 tortilla (cut into fourths)

some nut butter or peanut butter

some chocolate chips  (yummmm!)

optional marshmallows

First, take the tortilla quarters and spread each one with nut butter.  Then, put on chocolate chips and marshmallows if you like them or aren't allergic.

Then, have someone put them in the oven at 375 degrees for a few minutes until hot and chocolate chips are getting meltedy.

Then chow down!!!!
