Hopefully your children have heard you discuss a few issues recently as you prepare to vote. I'm planning on taking my children down to vote with me...last time they all got a little sticker that said "I voted," too, which they very much enjoyed.
Don't forget to vote...and involve your children as much as possible so they understand this important right and civic responsibility. Have you found any unique ways to help your children learn about the process? Ours are still pretty young, so we haven't gotten into it very much. I'll probably do something a little more in-depth with the next election.
