Hi there everyone...Anyone out there juice?  and I am not talking bout 'roids (Kurt) ... Just had a downer of a doctors visit yesterday and everything is out of wack in my unhealthy body.  Kim, my wife, said something about juicing, vegetables.  Tried it a few years back but stopped.  Read today about using vegetables instead of apples and other fruits.  Anyone else have ideas about this?

Now, the dirty word that has excaped my vocabulary, EXERCISE. Yuck! but I guess I better get back to it, did alot of reading and that is one of the ways to help yourself get well again.

Going to college or technical school? 

After so many years of being in the workforce as a salesman and owning my own business I decided to go back to school.  At 37 years old it was a tough decision.  Work part time and try to support my family while learning a trade, one that would take 8 months to complete.  Or go to a traditional college and take either 2 or 4 years to complete.

I am now in the mindset that a technical school is best and the reasoning is this: I have met many people who are $15K up to $49K in debt, having earned thier degree but not working in the field they earned that same degree.

My kids are still a few years away from having to think about it, but as a dad, I have to be able to help them decide.

So, what do you think?
