Oh Jenn, the kids look so happy! Thanks for writing! I was getting a little worried about you! Just seeing the dog mushing pictures brings back so many memories of Alaska! Thanks for posting them! I'll bet it was a good morale booste for those mushers--can you even imagine doing that?

I'll keep Chris my prayers with his job hunting. God will always put you just where he wants you, and he's brought you this far....all the way to Alaska!! He won't let you down now! We'll be thinking of you all and praying for you.

I can't imagine seeing the iditarod! How fun for your kids after they've been tracking racers too - did they see them as they went by?

My dh has a snowmachine, but I've never gone for a ride on it either. It seems to have some quirks that I don't want to have happen to me out in the snow somewhere, and it has no reverse!

You guys are really settling in nicely I think! I never did adapt to Alaskan life....it was pretty and all and we plan to take a cruise there next year I think, but it was not the place for me. Maybe it was because I was sick and pregnant and getting out of the AF all at once? *L* Perhaps under healthier circumstances I might have enjoyed it more...
Anyway...I LOVE seeing all your photos and hearing about life up there.
As for the name the states game...it really helps if you can type fast too. My dd can name them faster than I can but I can type faster than she can...it was fun though! Thanks for stopping by!
