Nov. 20, 2006 - Pink Flamingos :-)
Where my darling daughter came up with this theme for her 7th birthday party I'm still not sure, but in the end we had a lot of fun with the whole thing. I am totally exhausted now after a sleepover with 8 little girls and then a family party and cooking for 25 people but I love spending time with those I care about and serving them so it was well worth it!
This is a picture of the goodie bags we made for the girls and of course we filled them with pink flamingo stuff (www.OrientalTrading.com)

This is Olivia with her friend Ashlyn and her kid party birthday cake which consisted of heart shaped cupcakes (Pink of course) on a cupcake stand and then they had pink flamingo food picks in them also (Can't have too much pink can you?)

And here is Olivia with Great Grandma both sporting their Pink Flamingo Headbands and Leis (What a great sport!!)

My dd is about to be 7 in another week and a half. She thinks Olivia's party looks very "cool." I think we're going with a pet theme...if it doesn't get changed to flamingos now! LOL

What a fun idea for a birthday party! Good thinking on Olivia's part. Spencer has a few "weird" party ideas in the past and they always end up being the most fun!!!

Your dd is adorable . Her party looked like everyone had a good time. Katrina's birthday is Sunday when she turns 7. She loves anything about princesses so that will be the theme Happy birthday!!! (belated)
