Learning To Shut Up and Pray

We have had a difficult couple of days on the grown-up front. Some really very serious issues have come up. Really beyond either mine or dh's ability to fix. And you know as well as I do that the best thing durring those times is to shut up and pray. But no we haven't yet mastered that skill. So things were said, those things you can never take back kind of things. They can be forgiven, and they have been. So this is all good and fine. The problem, of course, still remains. That is in God's hands.

So today and yesterday our homeschool focus was not on math or science (though the children did their studies)... but on teaching the teacher and the principle. We are never to old to learn. I am glad that God has not given up on teaching me. But I am beginning to think my ds's have a much quicker learning curve then dh and I.
