The Bronze Bow
| Psalm 18:34 (New International Version) 34 He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze. I just read a wonderful book called the Bronze Bow. It was a wonderful book (bible fiction). It was about a boy who joined a band of Caravan Crashers and/or Zealots and took a vow that he would help destroy the Romans. Well he took this vow knowing that in time he would have an army ready to confront his leader Rosh with, little did he know that half his army would die.and the other half would leave in grief, leaving only himself to fight the romans . He never went back to the mountain and never saw Rosh or his slave, Samson again. He then proceeded to take care of her Demon possessed sister, Leah, who was becoming very ill. then the love and power of Jesus helped heal her and also helped change his life. He then went on to breaking his vow and was a regular man . he use to spit at the thought of a single Roman, but now he lovingly let Leah's Roman soldier friend into his house and became a Christian. It was a wonderful book and i definently recommend this book. -Noah Ramsey |
