Back after a long period of rejection.

Hi all of you who are reading this!

I'm back to the world of blogging, for a time at least. I've been hiding in my room most of the summer with my books, I've finished quite a number. :) However, my diary has lost her potency to help me release my thoughts and emotions, so I have turned from my pencil to my keyboard, from lined paper to a computer screen, and I am ready to once again drive my mother crazy by spending an hour or more in that computer chair.
But my blog posts won't be half as frequent as they were a couple months ago. On the second of September my sister and I start public school for the first time in our lives. She will be going into the sixth grade at our S------ Middle School, and I'll be going to the M---- High. Freshman. It's actually quite scary, when we went to the school a couple days ago my new friend Emily gave me a tour, and I felt like my stomach was dropping to my toes--a sensation I am not used to! It didn't help that all the boys there were Juniors, and had pretty foul mouths. The whole school world will take some getting used to, but thank God I have at least one friend there who is a strong Christian, and who I am shockingly similar to.
I met Emily at my brothers Pinewood Derby a couple months ago, and after meeting only a couple times we found out that we both love tobyMAC, to write and read, and bead, and scrapbook, and a whole bunch of other things that make us "kindred spirits". She joins the rank of my three bestest friends.

Many things have happened since I last posted...which was in May! I really can't believe that. Wow. Well...where to start? Not much really happened, nothing big. Just a lot of little stuff that was important to me. May passed quickly, without anything of mention happening. June, however, was a little more eventful...some things happened in our neighborhood that resulted in an estrangement from one of our nieghbors. After that I ended up getting grounded till I was eighteen (for two days) for kissing my other neighbor, who is quite famous on this blog as "K". In a succession, I got my ears pierced, and then VBS came up, after that we left the church we had been attending. Then the annual familly camping trip arrived, and I got to see one of my best friends "cousin", Lauren, who I haven't seen in a year. After that of course was the Fourth of July, and then a quick weekend of sun that we spent swimming in our river, and a couple little incidents. The first weekend in August we tried a new church, the Calvary Chapel, in our little one-stoplight town. That is where we are now attending. The pastor and the people are all great, the pastor takes all of his words straight out of the Bible. On the Wednesday I went to the Youth Group there, and I absolutely loved it. Now I am at my grandparents with my favorite cousin on my mom's side, and we're about to leave to go see the new "Journey To The Center of The Earth", by one of my favorite authors-- Jules Verne. Marie wants to check her e-mail now, so I'll ttyl!
