Apr. 15, 2008 - No Cook Cooking Day for Homeschoolers

On Friday we attended a no cook cooking class held at a local library. It was just for homeschoolers. The program is LYFVE (pronounced life) and it stands for Love Your Fruits and VEgetables. The kids made a dinosaur using a half of bagel, green beans, strawberries, and cherry tomatoes. The older kids then made Humpty Dumpty, using hard boiled eggs and other foods. It was a nice event and my kids had fun. Plus, their friends from co-op went also, so it was an extra bonus.
