Jun. 2, 2009 - still in PA
Well, we're still here in PA. No MT yet. Tonight we had a family come through and last night, a young couple. Since we hit the MLS last week, we've had more calls than we've had since last August. Hopefully the right people will come through and make an offer. The waiting came is frustrating...living in limbo, but I think I blogged about that before. We've been to a few open houses in the area and we're feeling very confident that we've priced the house right and it's one of the best houses in the area for the price. We've completely decluttered our house-had 2 yard sales, and our shed and the neighbor's (our blessed neighbor!) garage is filled with boxes and furniture. Almost every book, dish, and unneccesary item is packed. It's funny that we could probably live without the stuff we already have packed for a while and not really miss more then 3% of it. Do we really need the stuff to begin with? Our house looks empty but definitely spacious and actually very easy to clean when someone does call for a showing. Pray that it sells soon because we're ready for the change.
