Weekly Wrap Up: November!

Well, it is the end of the week again. Time for the weekly wrap-up.
Our week was pretty good.
Monday we got around to doing an art lesson again. It has been a while since we did one, but it worked out well.

On Tuesday, Miss Twinkle Toes and I made some no-sew fleece blankets. There are quite a few expectant mothers in our church, as well as many people out of work, so a group of ladies at church are making blankets to give away.
Here I am cutting material. And yes, that is a Christmas tree up in the background!
Miss Twinkle Toes and her blanket. She actually stayed in her pajamas until almost 3:00!

On Wednesday, we stopped by the aquarium again. It had been a while since we saw the baby turtles.

The garden eels got fed while we were there. This is the farthest we have seen them out of the gravel.

Cool picture of a moral eel.

This is a cone snail on the hunt. This is a venomous predatory snail that can actually be harmful to humans. The extendable siphon is used to spear fish and inject a venom that eventually degrades the fish's tissue and nervous system. There is currently no anti-venom, so beware!

Incredible colors though!

The rest of the week included playgroup- a birthday party, violin (only 2 weeks til the Christmas recital), and gymnastics. Busy, busy, busy.
A happy late birthday to my mom!
And last, but not least, an update picture of our shy birdie, Melemele.
